3、 Preparation before construction: treatment of spraying equipment
If the spraying equipment of graphene heat dissipation coating has been used by solvent based coating before construction, a thorough cleaning process shall be carried out. The procedure is as follows:
1) Use solvent dosage forms that can adapt to the coating for cleaning. It is strictly prohibited to use unmatched dosage forms for cleaning to avoid unnecessary loss;
2) The second part uses industrial ethanol for thorough dissolution and cleaning;
3) The solvent dosage form suitable for the coating shall be used again for cleaning.
4、 Drying of sprayed surfaces:
After the graphene heat dissipation coating is sprayed, wait until the surface is flat, smooth and shaped, place the sprayed workpiece in a special dryer at 150 ° C for drying for 8-12min, and then heat it to 250 ° C for drying for 25-35min.
